feel like happie bcuz today guest said to me thxs alot of taking care of him n happie during his stay....

feel like sad bcuz today got 1 guest said he hav been stay in Hilton for 5 yrs..

n im the 1st person who ask his room number..

bull shit him..how i noe which room he staying..n i'm new ok!im hav been grabbed by them to be hostest for 1st day....

infront of him..juz be patient n told him 'SIR...so sorry for tat...im juz a TRAINEE!!!'...

he told me his room number finally also..lucky he still said thxs to me b4 he back...

today exe lounge busy like hell...3person working onli....rili kill me!

although is tat...our allowance for 1 hour...is 1 HOUR...onli RM 0.80.....

so pity after we count it by hour...

KL convention center also provide us RM8 per hour la...

now we 1 day onli RM6...omg...omg...how can survive...

but...i rili learn alot...especially facing those VIP*8....which meant troublesm guest..

i feel like worth it also....
